Interactive instructor-led sessions delivered via MS Teams or Google Meet. Ideal for distributed care teams looking for flexible scheduling and zero travel fees.
Travel & Mileage
Zero travel expenses for on-site training across our immediate hometown hubs (St Helens and Warrington). Billed at +55p/mile from Newton-le-Willows for nationwide delivery.
Booking Terms & Policy Details
1. Transparent Pricing Guarantee
At PJ Care Services Ltd, we believe in straightforward, honest fee structures. All day rates and session fees cover full delivery, course materials, and digital certificates for your team members. We never charge extra per certificate, seat badge, or delegate admin fee.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All training bookings remain provisional until confirmed via email by our team. By confirming a booking, your care organization agrees to the fee structure and cancellation terms outlined on this page.
3. Cancellation Policy
We recognize that unexpected operational demands occur in health and social care. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the notice provided prior to the scheduled session date:
- More than 14 days notice: No charge.
- 7 to 14 days notice: 50% of the agreed fee.
- Less than 7 days notice: 100% of the agreed fee.
4. Payment Terms & Certification
Invoices are issued upon completion of training. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Digital certificates are released promptly upon receipt of full payment.
5. On-Site Venue Requirements
For face-to-face training delivered at your care facility, the client is responsible for providing a suitable room equipped with:
- Sufficient seating for all participating delegates.
- Access to main power sockets.
- A suitable presentation screen, TV, or projector setup with HDMI connectivity (our trainers bring their own laptops and course media).
